6TH PAMET CPD ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED
FOR MEMBERS
STEP 1: Member Sign-Up (For those who have already signed up please proceed to STEP 2)
A. Sign-up and register to the PAMET Members portal. VIsit www.pametinc.ph and click on "Member Sign-Up".
B. Validate your membership by providng your PAMET Id number and your last name. Once validated, provide your active email address and mobile number to proceed with the regustration.
C. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address that will include your log-in information for your PAMET members account.
STEP 2: Pay the Seminar Fees
MEMBER: Php 1,800.00
NONMEMBER: Php 2,000.00
Deposit Payment at any BDO Branch. The following details are required:
Account Name: PAMET INC.
Account Number: 0016 - 8031 - 4945
Payor's Name: Name of Delegate
Reference Number: 6THPAMETCPD/ Name of Participant
STEP 3: Register
A. Login to your account
B. Go to 'Events' tab and click on '6TH PAMET CPD SEMINAR' then click on 'Register on this Event.'
C. Provide your payment information and click on 'Submit'. D. Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your active email address.
FOR NON-MEMBERS
1. Pay the seminar fees. (STEP 2)
2. Email your information with the subject line "6TH CPD - Complete Name" at pametcpdseminar@yahoo.com include your name, affliation, email address, mobile number and attached your payment slip.
3. Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your active email adress.
Registration is until September 01, 2017.
