PAMET Batangas Chapter is jubilant and keen in its hosting of the 24th PAMET Midyear Convention on May 22-25, 2019 at the Lima Park Hotel, Lima Technology Park, Malvar, Batangas.

Batangas is known for many things: kapeng barako, centuries-old churches, irresistible delicacies, a volcano within a lake, beautiful beaches, and other treasures to behold. Next year, prepare to be enthralled as the organizing committee will showcase a truly memorable midyear convention that will sharpen your mind as sharp as our famed balisong and will create memories as beautiful as our embroidered barong as we strive to make you stay in Batangas as sweet as our famous panutsa.

Our responsibilities as allied medical professionals are not confined within the walls of our respective work places nor the routine procedures that we perform. We are also expected to render the utmost skills in providing quality services to our clients and intellectual collaboration with our colleagues. This is the very reason why we pursue continuous learning that serves as an avenue for us to become updated with the most recent advancements in the field of biomedical science.

On May 22-25, 2019, PAMET Batangas Chapter will be hosting the 24th PAMET Midyear Convention at Lima Park Hotel in Malvar, Batangas. Join is as we give you a conference that is enriched with new scientific learnings and intermixed with a momentous experience of our culture.

Pre-convention workshops is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
Limited to 150 pax per topic. Lunch will be served.
Full Convention

 Guidelines

  1. ENTITLEMENT: Full convention fee entitles the delegate to:
    • Convention Kit
    • Souvenir Program
    • May 22 - Welcome Dinner
      May 23 - AM and PM Snacks, Lunch
      May 24 - AM and PM Snacks, Lunch, Fellowship Dinner
    • Attendance in all scientific sessions and exhibits.
      THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENT FOR LOST MEAL TICKETS, SOUVENIR PROGRAM OR ANY COMPONENT OF THE KIT.
  2. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE will be issued at the end of convention upon submission of evaluation form.
  3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
    All payments are non-refundable after April 5, 2019.
    50% of the payment is refundable when cancellation is made on or before April 5, 2019.
    Submit a cancellation letter. NO LETTER, NO REFUND.
    NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AFTER APRIL 5, 2019.
    Refund to be released throug CHECK ONLY IN THE NAME OF THE PAYOR.

Online Registration Procedure

FOR MEMBERS

Step 1: RESERVATION

  1. Login to your PAMET Web Account.
  2. Click on CPD Activities on the menu and select 24th PAMET Midyear Convention.
  3. Click on Reserve Slot on this Event.
  4. A confirmation email with the payment instructions will be send once slot has been approved.

Step 2: PAYMENT

  1. Use payment detail on the reservation confirmation email to make payment. You only have three (3) working days to make the payment and upload your payment information. Unable to make payment before the reservation due date will void the reservation.
  2. Once payment has been made, login to your PAMET Web Account.
  3. Click on CPD Activities on the menu and select 24th PAMET Midyear Convention.
  4. Click on Register on this Event.
  5. Provide necessary payment details and upload an image of your payment slip.

Step 3: CONFIRMATION. Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

FOR COMPANY SPONSORED DELEGATES:

STEP 1: REGISTRATION

  1. Get your Sponsorship Voucher and Voucher Code from your sponsor. No reservation needed but you need to register.
  2. Login to your PAMET Web Account.
  3. Click on the CPD Activities on the menu and select 24th PAMET Midyear Convention.
  4. Click on Register to this Event (Sponsored Delegate).
  5. Enter the voucher code and upload an image of your sponsorship voucher.

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION. Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

FOR NON-MEMBERS

STEP 1: RESERVATION REQUEST

  1. Accomplish Non-Member Reservation Request Form.
  2. Wait for your reservation approval, once approved an email with your registration instructions and payment details will be sent to your registered email.

STEP 2: NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM

  1. Once your slot has been been approved, follow the instructions sent by the Batangas Chapter Secretariat and proceed with the registration process which will include payment details. 

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION. Please wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
