Online Registration Procedure
FOR MEMBERS
STEP 1: Pay the Event Fees Deposit payment at any BDO Branch with the following details:
Account Name PAMET INC.
Account Number 001680314945
Write your FULL NAME and Affiliation on your deposit slip (Payor’s Name).
Use reference code : Histopath19
STEP 2 : Registration
- Once payment has been made, login to your PAMET Web Account.
- Click on CPD Activities on the menu and select Histopathologic Techniques Updates.
- Click on Register on this Event.
- Provide necessary payment details and upload an image of your payment slip.
STEP 3: Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
FOR NON-MEMBERS
- Pay the Convention/Event Fees.
- Write your FULL NAME and Affiliation on your deposit slip (Payor`s Name). Use reference code : Histopath19
- Email your Deposit/ Transaction Slip/ Sponsorship Voucher, complete name, contact details, institution and PRC details (PRC No. registration and validity date) to histopath@pametinc.ph with the subject line Histopath- Non-Member
- Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
