FOR MEMBERS
- Pay the Event Fees Deposit payment at any BDO Branch with the following details:
Account Name PAMET INC.
Account Number 001680314945
- Write the event code MTWEEKCPD, your FULL NAME and Affiliation on your deposit slip (Payor’s Name).
- Login to your PAMET Web Account and click CPD Activities. Select 'Medical Technology Week CPD Seminar 2019' and accomplish payment information.
- Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
FOR NON-MEMBERS
- Pay the Event Fees Deposit payment at any BDO Branch with the following details:
Account Name PAMET INC.
Account Number 001680314945
- Write the event code MTWEEKCPD, your FULL NAME and Affiliation on your deposit slip (Payor’s Name).
- Email your deposit slip to : mtweekcpd@pametinc.ph with your FULL NAME, PRC Information (PRC number, registration date and validity date) and institution / affiliation.
- Wait 3-5 working days to validate your payment. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
